Red Bull Gym Clash KSA 2026 Is Bringing A Fitness Showdown To Riyadh And Jeddah

If the gym is basically a second home, there’s a new competition worth keeping an eye on.

Red Bull Gym Clash KSA 2026 is coming to Saudi Arabia this October, bringing teams from gyms across the Kingdom together for a series of fitness challenges. The national competition will stop in Riyadh on October 9 before heading to Jeddah on October 16.

It’s More Than Just Lifting Weights

The competition is split into three areas: power, endurance and skill, with six different workouts testing teams across each discipline.

Each participating gym puts forward a team of four athletes, made up of two men and two women. The teams then take on a 40-minute workout, with the strongest teams from Riyadh and Jeddah moving forward for a shot at the World Final.

Expect Three Very Different Challenges

The Power workout is all about strength. Teams have 10 minutes to complete a barbell complex combining a clean, front squat and shoulder-to-overhead, with the goal of moving as much weight as possible.

For Endurance, teams cycle through rowing, dumbbell snatches and synchronised box jump overs, trying to complete as many reps as possible before the clock runs out.

Then there’s Skill, which combines assault bike calories with a series of sandbag movements. Teams have 10 minutes to finish the workout as quickly as possible, putting their technique and teamwork to the test.

Riyadh First, Then Jeddah

The Saudi competition kicks off in Riyadh on Friday, October 9 at OXYGen, before moving to Jeddah on Friday, October 16 at Arena.

You don’t have to compete to get involved either. Both events are open for spectators, so it’s a chance to watch the teams take on the workouts without having to pick up a barbell yourself. 👀

The Winners Could Go Global

The competition doesn’t end with the Saudi finals.

The top teams from the Kingdom will earn a place at the World Final, where they’ll face elite gym teams representing 28 countries. From there, one team will ultimately take the title of the Greatest Gym on Earth.

So whether you’re there to compete or just watch the action, Riyadh and Jeddah are getting a pretty serious dose of fitness competition this October.
