The purpose built 1,000+ sqm academy space across a 3,640+ sqm campus, the new facility features three practical kitchens, a dedicated demonstration kitchen, dining and lounge area, and specialist preparation spaces creating a premium culinary teaching environment. Following the initial launch, the second phase of the Gordon Ramsay Academy Riyadh will introduce professional training pathways and internationally recognized Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH) accredited culinary qualifications. This expansion represents the latest evolution of the global brand, building on the successful 2021 debut of the flagship academy in Woking, UK, and the 2025 launch of the Gordon Ramsay x HexClad Academy in London. The Academy in Riyadh is accredited by the Technical Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and the Culinary Arts Commission of Saudi Arabia, supporting the delivery of future professional programs further strengthen vocational culinary education opportunities within the Kingdom.
The curriculum will include a range of professional development opportunities, including the Academy’s Essential Cookery Skills certificate, and Professional Cookery Diploma. Designed to transform culinary passion into professional mastery, these programs position the Academy as a premier launchpad for the chefs of tomorrow.
