Get Active After Iftar: Ramadan Run 2026 Returns to Riyadh

Riyadh is gearing up for another fun evening tradition this Ramadan with the return of the Ramadan Run 2026, a community‑focused event that brings people together for fitness, fun and late‑night energy after breaking fast.

Set against the scenic backdrop of Wadi Webair, the event takes place on Thursday, 5 March 2026, with activities kicking off after 10 pm to make the most of cooler night air. Runners and walkers of all ages can join in: families can take part in the 1 km fun run/walk, younger participants aged 7‑11 can enjoy a free 1‑mile youth race, and older runners (ages 12+) can tackle the 5 km course.

Organisers have designed the run to be inclusive and relaxed, perfect whether you’re aiming for a personal best or just looking to stretch your legs after iftar. Along the way, there’s even a candy station to add a playful boost for participants, making the experience feel lively and social.

The Ramadan Run isn’t just about the race; it’s about community, shared moments and an active way to enjoy Ramadan nights in Riyadh.
