Your summer travel list just got longer: Riyadh Air adds five new destinations

Riyadh Air is continuing its rapid expansion, announcing five new destinations that will join its growing route network over the coming weeks.

The airline revealed that flights to Jeddah, Dubai, Cairo, Madrid and Manchester will begin between June and July, marking another major step in its plans to connect Riyadh with more than 100 destinations worldwide by 2030.

The first of the new routes will be Jeddah on June 14, followed by Dubai on June 18 and Cairo on June 25. European travellers will then gain access to Madrid from July 17 and Manchester from July 23.

The announcement comes as Riyadh Air welcomes the latest additions to its fleet, with three Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft now in the Kingdom. The new aircraft will help support the airline’s growing operations as it prepares to launch more destinations in the near future.

In another update for travellers, Riyadh Air has also brought forward its inaugural London service. Originally scheduled for July 1, the route will now launch on June 10 following the early delivery of new aircraft.

As Saudi Arabia continues its push to strengthen global connectivity, Riyadh Air’s expanding network is set to give travellers more options for business, leisure and international travel, with more route announcements expected soon.
